7. How long does the process of placing a candidate take?
The typical scenario of a standard vacancy, with a candidate located in the EU and a 1 month notice period, is to be completed and in place in two months. Certain factors exist which can affect this timeframe such as roles with unusual requirements, hiring outside the region, senior positions, or a lengthy internal hiring process.
